neither the ammunition space, boiler space, engine space or empty space are fixed. those were the major flaws, I suggest looking at those first.

Why? The main thing, as so many have told you, is that this ship could never work. It will take some major adjustments for it to do so. This is really getting annoying, whad needs doing is spelled out right to you, often 2 or 3 times, Ace even gave you a drawing showing what the problems are. Why not take a break from this AU and draw some real ships, it would give you a chance to learn how a real ship goes together and once you have that down, restart your AU on a more plausible level.
Maybe you should listen to some of the advice you have been given. People have given you ways to solve those problems, and you have ignored them. The simplest way to fix a lot of the problems with this ship? Sink it. There is a reason such huge ships are infeasible, and remain unbuilt...
