Ah, it's a 'turret' type ship. Interesting. Looking at the picture you provided above, it's clear that there is some work to be done on the hull shape. On the wiki as well, there's a frontal shot, which is also a good reference to use.

of course not all navies have the same amount of money. however, ships are classified not based on their country, but on ships of other countries to which they are comparable. calling your small, armoured cruiser a battlecruiser means the invincible would be it's opponent in a comparision.
I know I'm late to the party, but that's BS. Ships are classified on whatever criteria, real or imagined, the owner decides on. He could decide that henceforth all leaky row boats be classified as battleships and non leaking ones as BestBuy, Floating and there would be nothing wrong with it. It would be confusing as all hell, but arguably no more confusing than 10.000t destroyers in a world without torpedo boats.

By hull shape you mean shading and highlighting, I assume?

I don't know if I'm breaking any rules by commenting on this but I would like to say that it's awesome that you're using the TR theme as your national anthem.

Let's see if we can't find some more details.

From my (brief) reading that type of ships is just a cheat to cut canal costs (Suez) built for a short period till the rules changed.

It makes an interesting ships (why not do a real life version as well ? :D ) but not sure you should base your entire MM on it unless you are charged to go through the Bosporus ?
