simply said: detailing. mooring gear, hatches, windows, ammo boxes, steam pipes, vents, pipes, cooling pipes and intakes, platforms, bridge wings, rigging, flaglines, stairs, lifebouys, more directors (every gun turret needs an director, basically, and the casemates as well) an aft structure for those directors (might be mixed with the aft mast)

and then of course shading and all. when you have done all that (and maybe some more as well) you can maybe be near finished.... if you do it good.

Not sure about the double doors on the bridge and the lack of support under the search lights is startling!
