Okay, I am currently working on making the screw larger, but do I add a second deck or no?

It's your call, but I would recommend that you do, for the first and second class passengers. That will offer some more areas for them to mingle around without having to see the lower class. So, if you did something similar to my edit, then it should turn out fine.

Decided to not go with a second deck since it looked a bit odd to me, if this makes my ship an immigrant ship then that's fine with me.

It won't make your ship an immigrant ship. It'll just mean that some of the Second Class Cabins will be in the hull and that a lot of the passengers will be able to intermingle (which might piss the first class off, but who cares? lol ).
Good work!

Here's a map of the state of European politics in 1910.

The two alliances may change, but this should help for now.

The blue part in the eastern part of North Africa is a Crovenian colony.

Well from that I would think,

The 2 B in Black sea (Crovenia + ?not Romanian ?) need more Dreadnoughts than the 2 Red (not Greece and Italy) .

The colony fleets are cut off and will just be raiding and maybe team up with the not Belgium ?

The fight to get to the Bosporus will be vital. with it the B side will win as its stronger IMO, without it 2 of the B side will be without world wide supplies and that will let R win. you need to take it in the first year before you run out of supplies (so you can force a supply line through the Suez canal to the rest of the world. (what are you relations with not Turkey/Egypt ?)

Re borders I think,
- the Spain v France border is very set by the mountains
- would you only hold part of GB ? (the other Celtic parts will be easy to take and to poor to stop you IMO)

The blue nation bordering Crovenia is called Great Křižovatka, and yes one of my first plans for WW1 was to attack the Bosporus both to help with supply and to open up new attack routes.

Just to add how long would the not Croatia get to stay neutral ?

It would allow railway transport (B = E/W or R = N/S) and is therefore vital for both the alliances.

I've redrawn the Moshchnyy-class as an Armored Cruiser.

Also: The nation that controls part of Britain is the nation in France/Germany, which only formed in the 1860's.

The nation is also not mine, as I've said the history of this AU between 1910 and 1945 will be determined by an in progress RP.
