I did some changes and I decided to compare my ship to the type 45 destroyer and a couple of planes

well, if you goalkeeper is in the center of the bridge, you won't have any bridge in the center of the bridge because it's reloading room will be there. sounds like a problem to me.
this is the reason why goalkeepers are forward of the bridge, or quite a bit behind it in front of the mast.

You may just get away with swapping your goalkeepers and directors around..... As for the bridge at the moment you'd have a weird horse shoe shaped bridge with a very narrow passage across the front or have to have your bridge split into port and starboard sides not workable or practical.

okay should I bring the goalkeeper behind the bridge? The problem is that the ship is going to have a 70-100m blindspot

okay so what it did was that I added the harpoon launchers and a torpedo tube. I moved the goalkeeper a bit back. Please comment

What strikes me is the lack of capability gained for the increase of structure, cost and radar return

I think he means what has your ship got that the type 45 doesn't (remember fitted for but not with  :( ) and the type 45 is much smaller = cheaper.

Professional ship designers cant be to bad or they would not be paid ;).

Oh okay I just made the ship a but smaller. I'm trying to cut the size with out cutting the performance. Any thing else that's wrong with it?
