Only few remarks. The funnels are very close. What kind of arrangement of your boilers and machines rooms do you have? Can you put a turbine room between the boiler rooms? Do you considered feasible to rise one deck the half of your 5 in DP artillery? And last but not least, please credit the work of other SB artists. Cheers.

You now have six (!) Mk.37 directors on one cruiser hull. No ship in USN service ever had more than four, and no cruiser ever had more than two.

What do you mean by this?

Putting the first and fourth turrets in the actual deck level, and the second and third ones one deck higher. With this distribution you will have better arcs of fire of your secondary battery.

Looking much better.

What I would change is the 6" gun controller on the forebridge with the 5" one just behind it. Why? because the 6" fire further than the 5", the 6" need the most time to be ready for action against any surface target.

I would encourage you to sketch for yourself a little top-view cartoon. I think you would find you have nowhere near enough beam for all of the different superstructure levels you have drawn.

USN practice found that placing the 5" Mk.37 directors higher than the 6" Mk.34 directors led to better sky arcs for those directors. This was important because the Mk.37s were controlling the 5"/38 DP guns which were the USN's best AAA weapon of the war. This is reflected in the positioning of the directors on the later Cleveland class ships which reversed the positioning of the directors to place the Mk.37s in the old Mk.34 positions.

No ship ever had both of its masts ahead of the funnels...
