Woah, that's pretty good out of the box. Yeah, the color was a bit funky initially but at least it shows you're paying attention to the FAQ.

Also please use the standard weapon systems like the 20-25mm and Goalkeeper from the part sheet ;)

A very nice start, all the above mentioned critique aside, it is indeed a good start.

With a little help from all of you, who has comment my drawings of HMS Bulwark, I'll think I'm now completed my drawing. Vosiej remarked, that I should use the standard weapon systems from the part sheet. I've found that a very used weapon (Oerlikon /BMARC GAM-B01 20 mm) wasn't available. Therefor I'd drawed it and temporary placed my weapon drawing at my sketch of Bulwark.
I'll hope the standard is reckoned as good, so the gun will be placed in the gun part sheet :-)
Please give me some remarks before I send the final drawing into submission to new designs!

few points:
lcvp's look weird. have you any good references for them?
also, the windows of the lcvp also have to be outlined in black
if I am not wrong, the goalkeepers are the old drawing, look at the parts sheet thread for the new one
there is an weird gap under the second funnel
compared to pictures, the hallways under the lcvp's and other places look a bit undetailed
the staircase just aft of the liferafts ends in the air
the black holes in the bow and the stern look wrong, as these are not black but open or in the shadows in real life
crane looks weird

otherwise nice, and if you paint your gun in the correct colours for the sheet you can post it in the parts sheet renewal thread, and I will add it to the light guns.

If it's not on the sheet, the British Type 22s and 42s will have it. Sometimes you just have to 'cannibalize' other ships' drawings to obtain what you need! And from experience I know the GAM-Bo1 is represented thusly. Whether yours is now a better rendition or not I leave to our weapons' experts to judge...

Concerning the lcvp Mk. 5 look, I have to make them, because the lcvp in the parts sheet was to different and looked wrong at Bulwark. The colours are copied from a close-up photo, which I also use as "model" to the drawing.
I will outline the windows of the lcvp black ;)
Good! I wasn't satisfied with the goalkeepers anyway, so it would be a pleasure to change the.
The weird gap under the second funnel I have from the photo at: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3361/331 ... e9d3_o.jpg
The hallways under the lcvp's and other places are a bit undetailed! The shadow on all the photos made it very difficult to decide what i'm seeing
The staircase just aft of the liferafts ends in the superstructures wall. How shall I visualise that?
Concerning the black holes in the bow and the stern, what type of grey is used to illustrate they are in the shadows?
The crane is drawn after the same photo as above.

The gun on the British Type 22s and 42s should be Oerlikon/BARC GAM-B01, but the illustrators has used the drawing of OTO Melara KBA 25 mm from the parts sheets. That's why I've drawn the GAM-B01. I'll correct the colour and post it in the parts sheet renewal thread. :D

for the gap: you should end the platform with an dark grey or black line, because now it looks like there is something wrong.
for the 'dark shaded' areas: no colour. you should find out what is in them, and draw that.
for the crane: ok, but I am missing some details.

EDIT: for the lcvp: the dutch LCVP mk4 is based on the british MK5, so I suggest you take that one off the dutch parts sheet and modify it.

Length : 15.7m
Width : 4.3m

All the black holes as Ace calls them should be outlined in black and not grey. Depending on what's behind them you either use standard upper hull grey with shadows or a darkish grey.
