For a first try, this isn't a bad effort at all. Please note that in your referance drawings the funnel markings ara different than your drawings. The radar issue is already mentioned, but you have used the wrong part for the ship's railing, the one you've used is usually associated with helicopters landing pads. Your rudder looks wrong to me, as well as the propeller, but I might be wrong there. Coloring, is a tricky subject, but you might want to check other merchant ships, already in the archive, to see how it is done. I especialy mean the superstructure's recesses, where you have used a dark shade of grey. I suggest making it a darker shade of white (in fact a very light shade of grey).
