Your fore and aft secondary's look a bit silly. What you really want is for them to be on the deck, in between the primaries.
That pic is somewhat better otherwise though.
Try moving the aft turrets further aft, shifting the stack back with them, and plopping the mast in between the stack and the bridge. It breaks up your lines a bit.
The problem with the casemates is they are still going to interfere with each other. Ships with double decked casemates, where the upper ones were directly above the lower ones had real trouble with ammo stowage and such. Check out the Omaha class cruiser

It had real trouble with its double decked guns, and those were off set a bit. I believe they eventually removed lots of them...

Judging from the design I say this

lengthen the ship by 20-30 meters or get rid of a main turret
The ship is many different eras, the casemate and the single guns forwards and aft are a few decades outdated by the main armament

Rodondo this is for a possable AU so the main guns are made 20 years early.

Is this better?

Makes some sense I suppose

Your not going to be able to use those smaller guns on deck, the blast from the main armament will destroy them and either hurl/crush the sailors manning them or roast them alive

No, that's worse.
I'm going to say this again. Move your aft primary turrets more to aft, and put the secondary guns on the deck between the for and aft primary turrets.
Your casemates are still having issues as well.

Makes more sense, though the aft ones can't fire with the mains firing

That's fine, just noting the limitations
