Hey guys, I'm Badger. I'm pretty new into this business and I have only made six ships 'til now. I don't know a lot about this stuff, both information-wise and ''skill''-wise, but I am quite willing to learn. Most of the stuff I made in the past are just people's ships with some recoloring and a little bit goodies attached, so I don't think they are worth uploading here. I can upload them too but they don't have too gigantic modifications and stuff. Anyways, I don't wanna bore people.

I can explain what the UFLL is, but for now all I will say is that it was created for some forum game (no, not NS) and is basically a nation of Somalian pirates.

Here is the Aladqab class light cruiser:

I am fairly sure that the ''unknown artist'' is a guy here, but I couldn't find his pic anywhere, neither on here, neither on Google. If anyone does, please let me know and I shall credit him/her properly!
The basic concept here was that when the Yahan, the main (missile) cruiser of the UFLL would not succeed as she was operated mostly by electric systems and utilizes missile weaponry than anything else, she could not succeed alone. In that case, the Aladqab would support her. After all, she was designed to support, more than annihilate.

And here is the Hirxiddig class supermassive submarine:

It is indeed quite, quite big and utilizes lots of weaponry. She was supposed to be an ''Objective Global Submarine'' - A single submarine, that could annihilate the entire opposing navy (in the right circumstances, of course). Secretly, it was inspired by the Scinfaxi class from Ace Combat. Of course she isn't quite practical, but of course she is living on a parallel universe - Anything, and everything can happen there, in the right circumstances at least. The No.1 is a lighter SLBM, while the No.3 is a heavier SLBM and carries more goodies.

As I said so, I'm not too good about these stuff for now, but I have a desire to learn and hopefully, get better from time to time.

welcome aboard.
it's great that you are willing to learn. because, no offense, but will you have to learn quite a lot! still, these first drawings show promise, and style wise it gets somewhat near our standards. design wise though, there is a lot to do.
my first comments are: look at what the stuff you put on board. learn what it all is, and why it is there. this will stop you from mixing roles and time era's on one ship.

I really wish people would stop uploading Shipbucket work to flickr and deviantArt. Seems like they come with some weird copyright requirements which go against what we're all about.

Can't really speak to the designs (seem rather amateurish, but we were all at that point I guess), but great work ripping the faction name from FarCry 2. ;)

you can post on deviantart without the license colo, as I do. it is an risk with copyright and all, but I cannot claim my artist copyright for the parts and the template.

for the arnament: I can recognise most if not all equipment that is from the parts sheets myself, and see from that that you have ww2 era guns, cold war missiles, radars of the current time era and so on. it is not necceseary to show what you have placed, you only have to know what it is and what it does, before you place it on a ship
an good way of learning how this works is drawing real ships.

It may be a moot point as to what their "weird copyright requirements" are because uploading someone else's work to flickr or deviantArt would likely still be a violation of their TOS regardless. It might be something Tim wants to investigate.

@Ace: Yeah, I know what the armanent are, but the radars and stuff are quite -maybe too- modern. For now I'll probably stick to the not-yet-done ships of Turkish navy because I don't know what else to do other than what my country has haha.
