It looks better from a pure shipbucket perspective. You are indeed showing progress.
Some points, all that I've mentioned before:
The height and drought of the hull are to much. The drought isn't that bad, but the freeboard is absurd. Look how the real Dreadnought looked, and use the same hull shape, with a lower aft and quarter deck along with a high forecastle. It's period appropriate.
The armour belt is now appropriatly thin, but it's still much too high. As I've said before, go for about four meters armour belt height.
