Becouse my springsharp report never got really balanced, and I think seakeeping was one of those things I sacrificed.
It's hard to make a good SS destroyer.

I see. Any idea of a destroyer in that era with good seekeeping charasteristics?

No conventional destroyer, I think. You'll have to ask someone else though. I suck at destroyers. I'm more of a battleship and/or cruiser guy.
You can always SS an own design though. :)

Hahaha I can't keep my battleship dry, if I design a destroyer it wil brake in half just testing her weapons
