Looks very good.
I would perhaps add some detailing to the crane as its a blank triangle at present. Have considered adding more pom-poms? One mount forward isn't really enough protection for a CA. You could add a couple further aft, perhaps above the torpdoes. Overall though it seems a plausible enough design.

I'd agree with that; essentially its a good design, nicely balance, so its just the detailing that could add lustre. I'm not sold on the masts, and I'd consider raising the funnels slightly; also, add more detailing as Hood advises, compare with real life of similar type will give you some ideas. So, a nice drawing :)

Thanks a lot for the encouragement :D , I'll tamper with it some more and see what happens. I'm without an internet connection at the moment, so browing and uploading is a bit of a challenge.
