as Ace said above, and this is my .. brain, hart, whatever talking, writing:

we have what we call an unofficial-understanding her in the forum between members:
It's the experienced masters that have the task to learn new members (if they have the time to do so). an experienced master can be: someone that know a lot of ship's and how it should be drawn to work in the real life. or it can be an artist that know all tricks in the book to get something to look better.

What we basically say is that, new members need to learn from the best we have on the forum, not from someone that is still under learning. But it is very good that you want to help, but I suggest you focus at the moment on you'r own ships. You still need to learn how a ship should look like, you need to improve the artistic level (an area I can help in, but I want you first to learn from ace.. on how weapons and other system should be placed, before I come in with suggestion as an artist)
