I'm not sure if that was sarcastic because if it was, I could name the Iver Huitfeldt-class frigate from the royal danish navy, the Horizon-class frigate from italy, Type 45 destroyer from england and many more ships that have the same idea

Wasn't sarcastic,I wanted to see if you could think of reasons why that might not be a good idea Might want to take a very close look at the Iver Huitfledt and Horizon as they have largely offset funnels, keeping the SMART-L mainly out of the exhaust, yes the Type 45 does have the SMART-L inline with the funnel but there is a far distance between them, over 20m. On your most recent drawing, that would men the mast would be essentially on the end of the hangar

the Sachsen has split funnels in close to the same arrangement as the LCF has it

the radar does not like being heated up, and the maintenance adds up because of smoke particles.
