So I am working on an AU ship and I got the hull laid :).

I am open for suggestion as this is my first dedicated design.

This is it so far.

I'd recommend lowering the height overall by a bit, certainly bring the superstructure down by at least 30-40%, as from what I gather from the scale, it's far too top heavy

some small points before I go to bed!:

- create an waterline, it will help you a lot.
- decide how big you want it.
- decide what task it shall do.
- find all parts you need, and place them out so you can see if they fit.
- when choosing role for the ship, look at other similar vessels for help.

...literally 90 seconds in MSPaint? You might want to develop it a tad more.

right now it looks like an origami boat...
Shape it alittle, give it some color, use the tips heuhen gave you.
After that you will hear some serious advice and criticism, right now its nothing realy...

I know its nothing right now.

Also I didn't spend 90 seconds in MS Paint, I spent quite some time trying to form the shape.

This is his first drawing - please be a little bit nicer and offer some helpful criticism rather than just a snipe.

Well then he should, you know, offer an actual drawing instead of just a literal outline.
