At your Nagatsu class the hanger is too low for the Ka-25.It needs at least 6 pixels more height.Both designs are good,however.

now the visibity to the rear is rubbish, both for weapons, bridge and radars. even when you drop down the helideck one level, you are still not going to get it to fit, I think. to fix this, I think you would be going over the limits the hull poses.

Ace is right,hangar is too big.Then use another helicopter,such us the PZL W3 Sokol or the Mi-2.I have ASW variant of the latter if interests you.

I'd just make it like a DDG51 Flight I with a deck that can handle it but not embark. Its a rather small combatant anyway, not sure it would need an embarked helo as an OPV but rather just the ability to land one for material/personnel transfers.
