I am trying to collect info on the Brazilian 3rd Rate Ship of the Line, Dom Pedro II, it was originally named Imperador Do Brasil in 1830, but was renamed in 1832. I am looking for any drawings or references that are available, especially its armament. Any information would be great! |

Navios de Guerra Brasileiros(http://www.naval.com.br/ngb/) gives her armament as 80 guns: 22 42-pounders, 28 32-pounders, 28 14-pounders, 2 18-pounders(as chase guns, I assume). As for drawings, I'd say that it's rather unlikely you'll find any online. |

I live in Salvador, and we might have the model in our nautical museum because it was built there, but, as for the current situation... It's closed. But, i found this photo on a tourist guide on the museum: This means nothing, but might have some details. On our iconographic digital archive, i found several ship drawing studies: |
