This site has the Booklets of General Plans for quite a few ships available in PDF format. "Booklets of General Plans" are (as the title states) "general" plans that show the arrangement of the ship, locations of equipment, etc to be used by the ship's operations department - or at least this is my understanding based on my reading, but maybe some of the Navy guys that read the forum can correct me.
Since the plans are "general" plans, some details are missing and it's best to use these as a guide for what certain items are rather than a perfectly accurate set of yard plans.
