These two are former Z class Royal Navy destroyers, HMS Zealous became Eilat (the first warship to be sunk by SSM), and HMS Zodiac became Yaffa.
The Z class is almost identical to what the Ca class looked like when built and you can find it
Here, in the main site archives.
BTW when Israel got these two destroyer Egypt also recived two El Fateh (HMS Zenith) and El Qaher (HMS Myngs - Z class leader), which reached Egypt just short of operation Musketeer (Joint Anglo-French with some Israeli help to recapture the Suez canal in October 1956). Also during that operation Israel managed to acquire its third destroyer, the former HMS Mendip (type II Hunt class) which was serving in the Egyptian navy as Ibrahim El Awal, and was captured by the ISraeli navy and was put into service as Haifa.
