Either they have come to the conclusion that the bow anchor wasn't stealthy enough (probably made the ship look to big on radar) so they adjusted it a bit.


But what I think:
Or there was an problem with how the anchor is getting out of it's "rabbit hole" and then in again. I can see for me that the problem lay in that the anchor didn't exit in a "good manner"
