This is in fact a sketch of the modified Einsatzgruppenversorger Klasse 702 named Bonn which will be delivered to the German Navy later this year.

There are some minor differencces, like the rudder area, but meyer's remark on it being a German design (also supported by the crest on the bows) still seems right.
