Its Western warship project, late 1990s.

On a side note, maybe knowing which ship project this comes from may hel other to identify possible systems leading to a correct identification. :)

yeah, some more information about the year, date and nation would help. right now it can represent almost any radar as we know no size.

It doesn't give much more info then 1990s. Western design
NATO project. German/Dutch British studies. That's all. Its fairly large radar.
