These templates are informative, but very tiring to complete. Final result is always good though.

Can I use the DHC-7? Any differences ot the -200 from 100/150?

They are indeed.

There to my knowledge aren't many external differences, especially at this scale. The 200 was a hot-and-high proposal using the basic airframe whereas the 300 was a stretched version with PW115s.
