It is multi-role and is also designed for Littrol operations

The Radar is over kill, you're never going to fit three hawks in it, the US won't adobt the NSM nor neither the VL SeaWolf(?) and they already have a perfectly capable 127mm gun available.
If the USN were to build new frigates, they'd most likely reuse old guns or use the 57mm Mk110, depending on the exact specifications.
And your hangar doesn't have enough headroom.

Here is the next stage. Weapons are now US and there is now Phalanx and one less helo
I will keep the radar for now as I can't see anything else working.

or anything else... please describe the exact role of this ship. I doubt it will take an air defence role (so the current one is useless) I see no harpoons, so I don't think it will be anti-ship.... littoral is also not that usefull, as that is what the LCS was build for......

It is a general purpose escort. Also fitted with Harpoon and other equipment would something like this be exportable.

AEGIS is heavy and hasn't been mounted on a mast like that.

Closest you get is the mount on Nansen.

In all likelihood SPY-5 is what I would use, but other than LCS we don't have a replacement for the OHPs in the pipeline (The Legend Class could be modified to fit the bill, but it lost the LCS contract).
