I know, this is arguable concept all in all but I'll find tactical advantages in specific theatre (see the flag). Obviously, this is not my idea; I've just modified it from SMX-25 concept of DCNS. It's ugly; I know... but effective war machine doesen't have to be pretty, I think. Now, the question is: is it actually effective war machine at all? Considering the waters there are average depth of 40m in the Finnish Gulf/poor Navy/ limited crew/ etc. Presumably It's not a cheap vessel but should be similar to A26 sub, I quess? Of course it lacks benefits of "reasonable" corvette or SSK but you cannot have all. So with a price of proper submarine you could have "semiproper" corvette and adequate submarine? Comments. Anyone?
