looks good to me, but may I ask... is there an 2,3 or 4 funnel config?
second: where are you gonna place the refuelling/replenishment spot?
third: why so many rhibs? 2-3-4 I can understand, but 6+ some unmanned boats is likely too much in my opinion
forth: some liferafts in the bridge section might be needed (especially with an large CIC in there) but I think you still need to refine that part.
and last: how many helicopters will fit in the hangar?

1. 4x Manned rhib's, 1 unmanned polyester craft in the hull hangar (under heli deck, you can see the door)
2. 2x NH-90, 1x UAV wich is launched with the in the deck placed UAV launch rail.(uav is in the mini hangar)
3. The bridge is far away from finished :), also need to place some mg's.
4. The refueling spot is right in front of the most front funnel, there is a door there wich can be opened (i might enlarge the door, i quess its to small)
5. 2 big funnel's, contain pipes that points to the outer side of the ship (2x for front funnel, 1x for aft) and just holes in there with piping for the ventilator exhaust, etc etc (2 holes back, 1 front)
So the front funnel has 2 pipes pointing outward, and 1 pipe that is in the funnel and ends without going outward, and the aft other way around.

You will see, i will update the drawing tonight (top view will be updated this time in a large scale)

Ok the Update's.

1.Finished the shape of the Top view.
2.Added the ship name from Thales to the hull.
3.Added new details to the side view (including the hatches that are opened when the ''Geus'' (forward flag) is out. Yes it can be put into the Bow for the stealthy future!
4.Added railing that can clap down at the forward Hitrole.
5.Added a lot of stuff on the Top view, explaining of most of it is down here:
5A. The VLS.
The VLS is inside the enclosed bow(in dutch Bak) It is aprox 3-6 pixels deep.
When the VLS is being used this is what happens:
5A1. All the horizontal doors clap open on each other, and ends in a vertical postion togheter.
This is to Reflect the flames and smoke from the top of the Bow (less maintaince cost on paint, plus no smoke going directly to the side while still hot!)
5A2. The side door's also open, these are the Ventialors ways to trow out the smoke that is being made to a colder state.
When hot smoke goes out of the ship infrared/heatseakers will target the ship, this will prevent it.
The ventilators are protected by a gauze that reflect's flames (wich will be made cold by water and turn into steam wich will be trown out aswell) The material being used for this exists but i forgot the name. The hot smoke from the Launched missile go towards the ventialator, made cold by the steam created by the water going onto the flames (enviorement healthy, because less electrician used) And then being trown outside the ship as cold smoke.
This will not being detected.
5A3. The full list of stuff that happens at launch.
1. All doors open, ventilators are turned on.
2. Door of one of the VLS bays is going open, and missile pops out.
3. Ventilator takes all the flames an smoke, and make it cold (story above in 5A2)
4. Ventilator keeps on running until the sensors feel the doors and vls bay is colder then 55 degreese, and the doors close (exept from ventilator)
5. The normal ventilator (for the people that work in the vls bay) keeps on running on high speed till the room gets in state Green (45 degreese).
6. All doors are closed, and the ship can continue going into full stealth mod.

Any questions?
Just ask.

The whole VLC launch system seems to be a lot of effort for very little gain.
Any time you save on painting will be more than spent on just creasing the hinges, let alone maintaining all the electronics and moving parts.
Additionally, your main offensive weapon just got an additional layer of complexity, and thus another place it can break down.

Colambike, why do you attack yourself with some of your opninions?
1st time i had to increase hangar size, then you said it was good, then it was to big, then it was good again.
And now again to big?

And again, no MG will go at the hangar spot.
This decreases landing deck size(for supplie transport).
This will remove the diving spot, and the spot that can be used to put like 8 .50's for a great arc of fire on the aft.
And maby to enter when the ship is in fire at the docks (dock hight)
Plus that MG has barely a arc of fire...
You miss the aft side, and a lot of the sides of the ship.

Liferafts near bridge? Im not done there.
Area in the middle? Im not done there.
Delete 1 rescue raft? Not going to happen.
See what is there. Torpedo room, hangar, Assemply position for ''abandon ship''.

Those pipes going to the outer side of the ship (at funnels) wont distract a radar plus they give plus points, no smoke to the AAW system's and the possible smart+L that can be placed there with a cheaper radar suit.

Both vls systems are the same, only one is below door's.

5'' on the front, ill see the difference and get the most similar ship that has the same lengt/build year.
Thank you on this thought.

Two bow trusters are needed for a ship of this width and lenght with such a high quality/price rating.
But i will use one for the cheaper version.

The LOL part is used in real life, its a small pipe with whatever it's used for, but i heard it added some plus point's (it is being used on the dutch JSS and canadian JSS)

What do you mean with the aft door in the hull?
Is it good or not? It contains an unmanned ship in there for anti pirate operation's/ anti drugs.

The ??? plate at the hangar, i forgot to remove that.
It is the attaching plate for the Smart+l system that i made on the cheaper version ( will be shown later)

Can you tell me why to reduce the window count on the bridge?
If you look at the top view you see it has a look to the back right now.
This helps by docking the ship in a harbour on its own (with its bow trusters)
Or the ship itself helps the tug by docking, so it can go faster.

Hitrole at the bridge.
Zoom in, you will see those long things under the railing.
I wanted to show with these that the railing can go down and then the hitrole shoots.
Im afraid of parts on such a high spot (on a ship) without railing's.
Exept if you can attach yourself on something.

Colambike, one question.
Ever jumped from 15 meter's on a life raft? I prefer having the area to meet each other for man over board on 10m then 15m.
But it is a good idea to higher it.
Maby i should add a door there with the life raft's in one high beam that drops out...

About the sonar in the hull.
I suck at drawing those so i took this one (it looks neat on this ship).
Maby i should ask somebody to draw one.

Thanks for putting me on idea's!

Hi Mitch
Nan, I not attack myself with my opinion
(main objective was to putting some (realistics) idea's for your ships ;)......= brainstorming ;)

Few comments:

- Height of rafts life boats, bah, 10 or 15 meters is not dramatically important. In event of damaged/listing/afire ships (with maybe some superstructres wrecked by missiles explosion, dispersion of life rafts around the hull is very important)
- deletion of pipes on top funnels. One excellent exemple, look the early (DDG 51/76) and the last (DDG 100...) US DDG of the Burke class. The "traditional pipes" disapeared with a new modeled funnels (more stealthly).

:D

I can use outward funnels instead.
But this gives more sight to the enemy on my ship, atleast that is what has been told to me.
