Thanks, I'm trying to give it a bit more detail, but face it, there is just not enough lipstick out there for this pig. That said, I think it is, at least, a practical design. Okay, well realistic design.

Bronies are like the Forsworn. Everyone agrees that they are a problem but nobody wants to expend the energy rooting them out.

Reminds me of the Danish HDMS Tordenskjold

Actually, not such a bad looking boat. I was using Ping Yuen as a rough sort of model. The French had a similiar class of gunboats, the Acherons and I'm wondering if the above vessel doesn't share some of the same lineage.

It might, don't know though. It has the double honour of being the first all-steel ship in the RDN and having the highest calibre gun ever in Scandinavia.
It's a bit of an oddity though since it's main weapon isn't the gun, but rather its four 35.5cm torpedo "guns". That's why it was originally classified as a torpedo battery.

You may change the ugly green color (which I doubt any navy at the time would've seriously contemplated using on the above-water hull for a more traditional looking sand/beige tone or white. THen your design can be said to be quite attractive and actually nice! I like the blend of British (Sir Edward Reed) design features with those of the 'committes' of the French admirality and those of the nascent Imperial German navy. Very nice touch!

Thank you very much; I accept this as high praise coming from an established artist such as yourself. I'll try to get that in a more historical livery by tonight.

Improved, versions with slightly better scaling and other fixes here and there. I still need to do some work on the underwater bow and torpedo tube, but progress is being made.
