), I would go with a railroad-based system. Large armored blockhouse amidships, with railways going straight out on the beams. Missiles are rolled out tail-first, then erected over the side. This minimizes blast interference problems (both V-2 blast and gun blast) and allows the missiles to launch from near the center of the ship, minimizing ship motion effects on the missiles.
I'd probably have some extra Rheintochters roll out in the same location. The aft launcher will probably be unworkable in severe weather.
