Lovering the secondary(8") turrets are means less topweight...so VLS became an higher position!
Well, altough that's not an improved Arizona class but technically a new design altogether you are quite rigth; i long tought of lowering the wing 8-inch mounts to relieve topweight a bit, and despite the vLS is a deck higher now is quite lower as it would have been if placed on a third deck on the older Arizonas, as the decks themselves are lower.

Liked Personal favourite are the under-ower barelled Vulcan-soviet AK-630 also have an under/ower gatling variant-only one missile ship installed!
Other are the VLS decoy launchers side of forward/aft bridge...
Glad you liked the Vulcan-AK bastard child  the ide abehind them is exactly that, i wanted a cool looking double stacked Phalanx

You believe me if i say that those are HMS Tiger 5-inch turrets from the British parts sheet kitbashed to death?

Liked Have some data anywhere?
Length (waterline): 363,5 m (some 1194 feet)
Length (overall): 374,5m (some 1230 feet)
Beam: 47m (some 154 feet)
Draft: 12m (some 39 feet)
Displacement: around 130/135.000 T (i believe)
Armament:
12 x 20-inch guns (or 508mm/50), down from the 22-inch or 558mm of the Arizonas (as i now believe that 20-inch are more than enough to blow everything to smithereens)
15 x 8-inch guns (or 203mm/55)
24 x 5-inch guns (or 127mm/64), and yes those are twins, just for the rule of cool
and obviously the 4 double-stacked CIWS sporting 48 20mm/102 barrels.
More data around speed, endurance, armor, exact dispacement and the like might need some Springsharp typing (and might still not reliable at all, as SS can calculate ships as far as 1950, a bit much earlier for this monster.)

Liked Interesting missiles are the VLS suite. One looks like 3M54 klub, one Brahmos, some Standard series!
Technically there are no 3M54 or Brahmos on board, the missile suite should be something like that (altought one missile frame has been a casual choice):
84x RIM-116 RAM Block 2 (plus reloads)
16x Nulka decoys (plus reloads)
256x RIM-162 ESSM (in 64 quadpacks)
40x RIM-161 Standard 3
40x RIM-174 Standard 6 ERAM IV
48x RGM-1XX Cruise Missile XR
40x RGM-84VL Harpoon
24x RUM-139VL ASROC
(for a total fo 256 VLS cells)

I'm slowly working on a top and front view from time to time, altough my priority right now is collecting more sources to restart drawing real life IJN ships.

I think that final work may have to be preceeded by a large safety warning, because amazement may cause heart attacks. ;)

3. Post the image
4. Listen to feedback (Good or bad)
