may I note that the harpoon is build already for over the horizon targeting? harpoon range is at least 50 nautical miles, about the same distance as the horizon is. newer versions go up to 170 nautical miles. basically, you only have to give targeting data to the missile, which can come from an helicopter or an aircraft linked to the ship by any standard datalink. so, ghost 792, I don't think that has anything to do with it.
