Great work, Thiel!
A nice little multipurpose vessel with a lot of room for upgrading.

Thank you.
I realized I had forgotten to put any searchlights on her and I've refined a number of details.
The 40mm was frankenized from one of Bombhead's excellent carrier top views.

I've also refined the SpringSharp report further. The guns have been moved around a bit and modified to reflect weapons in RDN service at the time where possible, the mine load has been increased significantly both in number and weight and I've added some misc weights to represent various equipment and the extra fitting necessary to carry the troop complement.

I would throw in some machineguns. If I'm not mistaken that square extension on her bow is a fender designed to keep floating logs from stowing in her hull plating, so she's likely to see river work. In such a situation a couple of heavy machineguns of some sort would be a great force multiplier and they'd give her at least a fighting chance against the few combat aircraft they did have down there.

She is to be used on rivers yeas. She have machine guns, but because the lack of space drawing there properly I leaved them.

Meh- anything 20mm or smaller would likely be on a mount that would allow the gun to be removed and stowed inside (for protection from the elements) anyway. The heavy MG's are there, just tucked away safely inside the superstructure, dry and well-oiled. :D

Nice little boat there, Alvama... though with a 10' draft, she's gonna need a pretty deep river to do too much patroling.

Fair enough. It is a nice ship by the way, but one thing that springs to mind is that she could really benefit from having a towing winch on the stern. It'll make life a whole lot easier the day she ends up on a sandbar (And trust me, she will at some point) and she's likely to end up spending much of her time helping other ships that have gotten stuck.
