what about normal size frigate build to handle both world, but armed and equipped to the minimum, for on later upgrade add those equipment... But I bet UK wan't there ship to be fully armed from day 1.

It's somewhat obvious in my opinion that this is a move to sustain the design industry. Same with the French fti and italian ppa. That being said all of black bucks suggestions are very reasonable. I think the MOTS Venator is actually the best option from a industrial programming standpoint. It's still largely a paper ship.

Also the T26 need a mk45 127mm gun.

Yes the Venator is a good paper design however its built by BMT the contract is already promised to BaE so unless the government sacrifice BMT and the last warship yard in UK that isn't owned it won't happen.
I do think they will want to keep the gun the same across the fleet.

I know it has been which is what annoys me, it WILL end up over-budget, late and most likely in reduced numbers from those desired. This is what you get for propping up dying industry.
