Got into the mood of making steamships from the sail-to-steam period, and came up with this wacky monitor based on the Winan Cigar Steamers. It is part of an AU with the Hansa League, and serves the purpose of a fast-speed "ironclad." I would expect it to perform with significant stability issues if it were to be built and used in real life, however it was a fun thing to make!

Quirky! And yes, I think it WOULD have "significant stability issues". :)
