I would love to see a top down view of this ship

and that's probably why it's in personal drawings.

Just one thing I noticed, it's only Kirov that had two turret, Kirov had/have two 100mm turret. while the other ship in the class have a single 130mm twin turret. But then you used Kirov drawing and made it into Frunze, there are some differences between them!

Frunze have a single twin 130mm turret, changing from a single turret layout to a twin turret layout would be a big task and most likely costly to.
