Continues the story of the world's oil-producing battleships Germany. This article goes the story of the third series of the German battleship and the first armed with cannons of 280 mm. This armadillos type "Wittelsbach". Were built from 1900 to 1904 a series of five ships, "Wittelsbach» (Wittelsbach), «Wettin» (Wenin), «Zähringen» (Zahringen), «Schwaben» (Schwaben) and "Mecklenburg» (Mecklenburg). As the ships of the previous series, these armadillos are 6 main caliber guns in three turrets and powerful medium caliber. Hi alternathistory, Looks very nice, but I do have a query - would the aft casemates not be a little crowded with the barbette for the aft turret right behind them? Obviously, without knowing the beam at that point, difficult for someone of my modest experience to know for sure, I'd just figured that with the hull tapering by that point (it's already past the point where the shafts exit the hull) you may come up short on the beam. Just do not understand English very well. But after careful consideration of the ship he noticed some errors. First of all, high center of gravity, the ship will be inclined to overturn. That's decided to eliminate them.Looks very nice, but I do have a query - would the aft casemates not be a little crowded with the barbette for the aft turret right behind them? Obviously, without knowing the beam at that point, difficult for someone of my modest experience to know for sure, I'd just figured that with the hull tapering by that point (it's already past the point where the shafts exit the hull) you may come up short on the beam. I have a Question ? Have you changed the guns numbers when copying it over ? At the moment I see 6 x main guns with 4 x single mounts ? This will probably mean that you only show the weight of 4 unless you have just deleted them post sim when you copyed it here ?
