In the book Damned by Destiny the US had planned a five stack liner anyone have any design portraying this possible layout

The 5-funnel design was German, and the 6-funnel design from Scientific American is in German colors.

Wow, seems odd but interesting to see, maybe because we are used to seeing 4. 5 and 6 seem so weird and out of place

Both pictures are from Damned by Destiny. The 5-funnel design was Norddeutscher Lloyd from 1902. The 6-funnel design was from 1900 and was just an idea for "the liner of the future" with no specific line, though it was based on the Hapag Deutschland.

I'm curious, does Damned by Destiny say anything about the dimensions/tonnage of that five-funneled NDL ship?

I'm designing a six-stacker liner named MV General Tompkins. It's named for the founder of Tompkins Island, General Ire Tompkins. It won't look like any of those though.
