Brazil have that uniqe rank, is equivalent general of army. |

And it's only used in the Brazilian Air Force according to Wiki.
In the Brazilian Air Force these ranks are (most senior first):
Tenente-brigadeiro ("lieutenant-brigadier") is equivalent to almirante-de-esquadra (squadron admiral) and general de exército (general of army). |

Built in 1985 means no RAM and SM-3. But protecting Oil Rigs need a ship this size? Some corvette and frigates will be enough. |
