I'm not going to be able to fix that without redesigning the whole ship.
I meant in the superstructure mainly; you've got portholes at knee/waist level in some places!

The portholes evenly spaced throughout the entire length of the hull would look more at home on a cruise liner/passenger ship, but even then they wouldn't be that uniform in their placement.

My thoughts:
I really like the Pagoda-ish mast.
Those gun barrels look impossibly big for the turrets. To me it looks like you'd be hard pressed to fit one of those monsters into the turrets. What's the caliber?
Otherwise, I really like the ship. You've got a certain style to your ships that is very pleasing to the eye.

The guns are 18"/45 cal. For the most part I based the chancellor off of the Nagato and Arizona. As for all the issues with the ship (and all of my works), It would be nice if you guys would post a list of things wrong and what I can do to rectify them as well as examples of the rectification. Also keep in mind I'm no Naval Architect or Marine Engineer, I'm just an artist that is trying to make something aesthetically pleasing, and to me that's all that matters.

if the guns are 18-inch ones then either the turrets are too small or the barrels are drawn too big, here is a quick collection wich might help you to archeve the optimal dimensions for your guns:
[ img ]
the uppermost gun comes from the IJN parts sheet, it's the triple turret from IJN Yamato drawn by Erusia_Force.
the middle one is a kitbash of the former done by me for the AU Yoshino class, based on the real life N°13 IJN battleships project (retaining the same dimensions of the twin mount you can see here) , it's a twin turret.
Finally, the lowermost of the three is the single turret from HMS Furious, done by Hood for the RN parts sheet.

Pick the one wich corresponds with the armament layout of the Chancellor (i don't know if your guns are triples, twins or singles) and adjust the dimensions around them.

They are suposed to be triples(like the USS Arizona). I checked the barrel size of them and they are the same number of pixels in hight as the Yamato's guns(6 pixels) that being said I'll probebly modify the turrets some time later.
