Why not update the Tu-22M with newer version such as Tu-22M3? It is already in planebucket.The Tu-22M2 was less capable from -M3 in range,electronics and load capabilities.Russians did tried to sell Tu-22M3 in early 1990's,so if AU Indonesia may have showed interest to Tu-22M3 then.The Tu-16 served in Indonesian Air Force,so this scenario could be plausible.

Just a quick note, why does a number of your ship names are repeated throughout the nation's history. When I say this, i mean some names are repeated various times for a number classes that are supposed to be service at the same time.
