The ship looks nice, but Constitution? I thought that there was already a Constitution in active service at that point (and to this day) - the 1790s frigate, in much the same fashion as the British Victory...
Technically speaking Constitution was the name of one of the planned Lexington class Battlecruisers too..

Any omonimy with the old ship was avoided by renaming Old Ironsides into "Old Constitution" on December 1917. Obviously, when the Battlecruiser was canceled under the Washington Naval Treaty terms Old Ironsides effectively returned to her original name, officaly on 24 July 1925.
I suppose we might assume that the same escamotage was used in Emperor's AU too.
