A very pretty ship, I must say!
Thanks for the information it is very useful, i just changed the size of the guns if you notice anything else let me know.
But... six inch guns should be three pixels thick. And the barrels are very long right now, if they're six-inchers. The general scale is: __-45 mm = 1 pixel 45-105 mm = 2 pixels 105-191 mm = 3 pixels 191- 254 mm= 4 pixels. And so on. Above the calibers I've set it's fairly open for you to choose, but above 10" it should mostly be above five pixels thick(there may be exceptions). |

Those turrets still seem pretty big for single 5s... You're also not going to get 10 torpedoes amidships like that, they're simply too wide. That said it's still a nice looking mega-destroyer |

Kike, I think you need to start measuring your gun barrels. A 5"/38 caliber gun barrel would be 32 pixels long in SB style. Right now, there is 34 pixels worth of length that sticks out outside the gun mount on those guns. Also, keep in mind that roughly 1/3-1/4 of the gun barrel was usually inside of the turret construction. As a result from this, your 5"/38 caliber guns currently look like they're roughly 60 calibers, something the bulkyness of your turrets support. Look a bit on the size and shape of RL turrets. I like the aesthetics of yours, but while the shape of a 16" and an 8" turret might correspond closely(largely the case in the USN) to each other in appearance, once you go down to 5" and the like, it won't anymore, simple because it's such a small gun, and doesn't require such a massive mount and mount structure(especially if it's a single mount). I generally like the appearance, though I agree with Blackbuck's points. |

Some very interesting designs. The revised mounts on the destroyer look much better. |
