Nah, you don't need an entire navy to take that out, just one of these:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lun_class_ekranoplan
Here's what happens:
1. Ekranoplan flys in undetected because of ship's insufficient radars
2. Ekranoplan fires all 6 missiles, banks, and gets the heck out of there at 350mph
3. Ship's CIWS has insufficient directors, so only 1 or 2 can react, take down at most 4 missiles
4. At least one of remaining 2 missiles hits this ship, with a 70% chance of hitting one of the VLS batteries,
5. VLS battery explodes, sets off next battery which explodes, which sets off the next one, ect.
6. Eventually,

Nah, don't even need that: half of the nationstate monstrosities are so poorly thought out they'd fall to pieces on the slip, and the rest more likely than not would turn turtle the moment they hit the water...

No no! Stick with the combined AU navy, and their ships will fall apart at the mere sight of realism!

We would be willing to join a Coalition of Realism in order to sink as many LULZships as possible.

Provided, of course, our crews can stop laughing long enough to be able to properly operate the targeting systems. ;)
