You certainly could, just as though you can guesstimate the band of a rotating radar by observing the construction of the antenna. There'd be some shape factor associated with the nature of the mesh (square weave vs. hexagonal, for example) of between say 0.5 and 1, but other than that it should be a nice boring linear relationship between mesh spacing and highest-frequency band excluded. Note anything of lower frequency would be blocked as well.

Of course, this makes it a Faraday cage in a sense, because that's the principle by which you're excluding incoming radar beams in the first place.

Note similarities to the air intakes on a F-117.

Your plan is too ambitious for aircraft carrier in just 16 years after your nation was created. A more realistic plan is to do for it in 2020. Knox frigates decommissioned form 1991-1994. I like your Lavapura Class.

odysseus1980 Thanks. :D the new nation was created because political reasons. aircraft carrier was the long time plan from the old nation. Ayutthaya buy Knox Frigates from America like Chilean Navy buy Type23 Frigates from Royal Navy not transfer after decommision.

personal reasons i love this aircraft carrier  and want to build new multimission ship in 2015(LPD like San Giorgio Class).

The Ayutthaya Lavapura Class is actually a very intelligently designed light air defense vessel - but I just noticed the Mk 13 is interfering with its own director, so maybe it needs to be raised or relocated. Of course I wouldn't be surprised if there are vessels in real life that are like that anyway.
