Seasparrow was from '76, and that's in the "big box" form. The form you show is even later.

Why LNG? The pressurised tanks are very heavy and extremely space inefficient, have little damage tolerance and requires complicated fixed equipment to bunker.
Refrigerated and insulated tanks are a relatively recent invention. They didn't come around until the 1990ies and even now they require twice the volume for the same amount of energy.

The Mk 29 GMLS was first deployed in the Oslo Class Frigates in 1975. The "big box" version was available at an earlier date, first deployed in the late 1960s.

The first test installation was carried out on the USS Bradley in 1967. The first proper installation was in 1971. Both used the Mk 25 launcher and the mk 115 director.

As I have "made" SpamBot454 a "Mini Mod" for Pax, he has the veto and allowance power I do. Usually he'll check with me first, though.

Anyway, here is a refit/modification of the Dragon Class Attack Carrier: (Completely replaces the old design, and it does not officially exist anymore)

Not bad. She still won't be able to do simultaneous launch and recovery (for that you'd need a third lift), but not bad.
