I can't comment on the price since it's way outside my bailiwick.
I do, however, have a small nitpick.
Move the grenade launcher away from monkey island. Standing that close to a radar, even a commercial one, isn't at all healthy.
Also, in the article you say there's a hangar, but I can't see anywhere on the drawing where you could fit one in.

If you want my opinion; If you are building it in a smart way (for instance building the hull is some cheap-ass country), you would need about 80 million dollars a ship. If you don't, you're looking at about 90-100 million a piece.

How big is it? Give me a tonnage and I can give you a good idea for just the ship, not any weapons, based on merchant standards.
