1: Added to the to do list 2: Hmm Millennium it is then 3: Could replace Millennium / 40mm with two of the RAM thingies then possibly add auxiliary coverage with MLG-27 or Millenniums somewhere amidships one per side? 4: I share the same thoughts I could extend the bridge structure back as suggested... 5: Will be tweaking that 6: See above statement MitcheL: Was always intended as dual pod drive =S |

I would replace the 40s with RAM launchers. I would add some 25mm guns somewhere convienient if you want to take out small boats. |

Updated the Gemstone Batch II with the different placement of various things and tweaked some other bits and pieces with it. |

Even with dual pods (Has anyone ever done a single pod as primary drive?) I still don't think you'll be able to propel a ship this large into the 20kts+ zone. The pods you have would look at home on a 18-22kts supply ship half the size, and they often have three, if not more. |

Bigger pods. That way you can fit a larger electro motor in there. No matter how much generating capacity you have, there's a limit to how much energy a given motor can handle. Make it bigger and capacity goes up. Rather favourably, one might add. |

Not a Gemstone just something I've done to help hone my skills this evening. That and I remembered the password to my photobucket account. (Well, hurrah with highly polished brass knobs on)! |

You mean the area starting at the 'B' position turret and ending at the second mast? |

Check the pods i made. Maby you should use a design like those, or use these. That is also what i ment last post with dual pods. Mitch |
