As JSB says, there is too much AA for a ship of 1925.
Have a look at the equivalent dated ships in my Fisherless RN (HMS Nelson completed 1927) for what AA weapons were carried. Replace your single and twin 20mm with single 2pd and replace your octuple 2pd with some single 4". The 8gun 2pd did not enter service till 1928-29. By 1930 only a few mountings had been fitted to RN ships. They were big and expensive to make.
Wait for your late 1930's 'upgrade' drawing to give your ship more AA guns. Then a drawing from 1942+ you can give it a full AA suite of guns and Radars and all the other exciting bits and pieces.
The 20mm on your drawing are very much the old style and need updating with the new parts that can be found on the RN Parts sheets.

you might want to look into your secondaries: as it is now, none can fire forward and aft.
