Are you sure Andy? Cheked both files and they are .png in my computer.
I think your photo host JPGed it- I download the drawing to check and it come down as JPG. It might be the host trying to make files as light as possible, and since JPG use less space then PNG

The OPV100 Class is uploaded with Devianart. Is it possible that to JPGed the image?

Checked with my cellphone zooming both OPV100 Class and there is a problem.

:o :shock: Nope. Cleared my cache and tried again, but still downloading as a .jpg, so i regret that I really don't think the issue is at my end :cry:
