As a general 'rule of thumb' I would always go with whatever worked in real life; so, I would expect that the designer of the Lysandros would go with that principle. The positions of the forward 5-in and the SM-1ER could be reversed; that would allow the deck penetration (to magazine) of the gun, and maybe allowing the sam launcher and magazine unobstructed access. Even so, from my limited knowledge I would still consider the hull to be seriously cramped with the weapon fit you're hoping to include. You could always give the hull a bit of stretch?
